  • Meet with the supervisors and relevant stakeholders to set baselines for improvement,
    perform a gap analysis, and prioritize improvement areas, as required
  • Meet with clients to gain their perspectives and to align those perspectives with the
    desired performance goals described by stakeholders
  • Establish a coaching contract with clients to determine the level of commitment required
    from clients to make key adjustments to performance
  • Build a plan to address performance needs and hurdles in the advancement to their
    inspired future
  • Assist clients in executing the explored solutions and plan through one on one coaching
    and data gathering techniques
  • Follow-up with stakeholders during the term of the coaching agreement
  • Establish routine follow-ups with clients and stakeholders to help ensure the desired
    level of progress after the formal coaching assessment has ended
