I’m Ted Hawkins, the Founder of Timely Steps, an Executive Coaching Company. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach who’s had a long and successful career in Corporate America. I was most recently a Partner with PwC where I led businesses to success, both domestically and globally, for over 21 years. Propelling this success is my understanding of people as well as the business requirements of corporations and professional services firms. At the start of my career, I benefited from the invaluable coaching I received, and in turn, I have become a valued mentor to others in multiple organizations throughout my distinguished career.
My clients have included Chief Operating Officers, Vice Presidents, Partners and Directors of Professional Services Firms. And I have also found success in coaching more junior levels of management. My clients include a wide range of functional areas including sales, human capital, finance, accounting and consulting.
It is my passion to help individuals bridge the gap between where they are professionally and where they can be. I’m adept and consistently proficient in identifying and navigating those challenges both perceived and real that stand in the way of real progress. My understanding of challenges faced by many has allowed me to help organizations formulate and execute meaningful, inclusive strategies. I believe that there are 2 essential elements to my coaching: focused, objective listening and the insatiable desire to help others identify and achieve their aspirational goals.
In addition, I’m certified with 360 assessments to assist my clients advance levels of performance. I debrief 360 results to clients to help with the interpretation of the quantitative 360 results and to help develop and execute a plan to drive them to success. I coach individuals and teams, mostly professionals in the investment and finance sector. My services are full featured and I want to help you reach your business goals!
