I’m Ted Hawkins, the Founder of Timely Steps, an executive coaching firm dedicated to helping professionals and organizations reach their full potential. With over two decades of leadership experience — including 21+ years as a Partner at PwC — I’ve guided businesses and teams to succeed across the U.S. and global markets.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, I combine deep business expertise with a people-first mindset. My coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience and a genuine passion for helping others grow.
From Corporate Leader to Executive Coach
Throughout my corporate journey, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of effective coaching. The insights I gained early in my career propelled me forward — and ultimately inspired me to offer the same level of support and clarity to others. Over the years, I’ve mentored and coached professionals at every stage — from high-potential managers to senior executives — helping them navigate challenges, define their leadership style, and unlock lasting growth.
